Texas Group Counseling
Groups are an impactful way to process a challenge or situation you are faced with.
Amazing things can happen when you confide in others who are in the same boat – suddenly you feel less alone. Examples of groups include grief, divorce, self-esteem, social skills, anxiety, illness, and even therapeutic book clubs.
If you have an idea for a group, reach out and we can discuss options.
