San Antonio Therapist
Brooke Leith, LPC-Associate
Supervised by
Faith Ray, LPC-S (#10412)
Hi there! My name is Brooke Leith and I could be the right counselor for you if you’re looking for creative solutions to your emotional challenges.
In all my sessions, I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk about whatever is on your mind. I will respond with unconditional empathy and validation. I will empower you to explore your strengths, find solutions to your struggles, and discover new ways of thinking about your life. I will also gently challenge you to step outside your comfort zone and offer accountability as you work towards your goals.
The most important aspect of counseling is the relationship between the counselor and client — I can’t wait to get to know you!
I’m passionate about helping people meet their emotional goals.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and my Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and Rhetoric from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
I am Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method, which means I have completed 36 hours of education through the Gottman Institute.
